Ling Branding

Ling is a chinese company combining robotics and artificial intelligence to provide products that serve and entertain. Their philosophy is based on the principle of Animism, the idea that non-human entities possess a spiritual essence. This view was carried throughout the development of the whole visual identity. The infinity symbol was used to convey the idea of cycle of life and continuity. The illustrations and animation are meant to represent the relationship between humanity - warm color - and technology - cold color, alongside the idea of movement and breath of life. Visual identity proposal made for and with Trapped in Suburbia (The Hague, Netherlands) during internship.
